Yes — alongside executive support, Northern Desk offers personal assistant services in Manchester, covering lifestyle management, errands, reservations, home admin and concierge-style support, available both on-site and remotely.
Onboarding starts with a free discovery call, followed by tools and access setup, a trial week, workflow refinement, and then ongoing support. The whole process is designed to feel calm and unhurried — usually 2–3 weeks from first contact to fully operational.
No long-term contract is required. Retainers run on a rolling monthly basis and can be adjusted or cancelled with notice. The trial week means you can test the relationship before committing to anything ongoing.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Calendly, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, LastPass, Toggl, WordPress and more. If you use a tool not on this list, we will learn it.
Absolutely. Discretion is a cornerstone of Northern Desk. An NDA can be signed at any point.
Yes. Packages are flexible and can be scaled up or down as your needs change. Many clients start on the Starter retainer and move to Partnership as they see the value of consistent daily support.
